What is Dryand at Attack Sports?
At Attack Sports age-appropriate dryland we work on a plethora of skills including agility, reaction time, strength, speed, flexibility, quick starts, acceleration, deceleration, multi-directional movements, explosiveness, plyometrics, teamwork, and communication to name a few. Every single game or activity that we do can be directly applied to on-ice hockey/ringette skills and gameplay.

'ZOOM' Dryland Training
Description: 'ZOOM' dryland sessions are an excellent option for both athletes and teams that do not have the ability to meet in person for conditioning. The workouts are 60 minutes long and are tailored to be age-appropriate and done with no equipment. All bookings can be specific to a group or team's schedule.
TEAMS: 1-17 athletes can be included in a single 'ZOOM' dryland session
Price: $75/team (+gst)
PRIVATE GROUP or INDIVIDUALS: Minimum 8 athletes (roughly same age) required per training session

In-Person Team Drylands
Description: A 60-minute dryland conditioning workout hosted at the Attack Sports facility. The workouts are comprised of dynamic warmups, agility drills, strength and conditioning, and mobility cool down. Drylands can be booked specifically to fit into a team's schedule.

$150/hr (+gst) for 1 session
$725 for 5 sessions
$1,400 for 10 sessions
