The 2023 Western Canadian Cup follows a round robin tournament structure, which includes playoffs​

• All teams in all divisions will get 4 games guaranteed​​​

• Tournament Rules will be send out 2 weeks prior to the event

• Proof of Team and/or club insurance is required at least 7 days prior to the event

• Rosters are due 7 days prior to the event

Registration Details ​

• Registration is now open!

• Early bird pricing is available until March 17, 2023.

• Registration closes on March 31, 2023. 

• April 21 - Cup Begins 

  • PLEASE NOTE: 

    • Afternoon will be athlete testing

    • Evening (late afternoon) will be practice day! (Practices will be lead by Team Head Coach)

Tournament Fees

• Pay $500 non-refundable deposit at registration

  • Remaining balance will be automatically charged on March 31, 2023.

  • Tournament Early Bird Fee - $1,999 +gst

    • *Must pay in full* 

  • Tournament Fee - $2,250 +gst (after Early Bird)

Refund Policies

• Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment method (prior to March 31, 2023)

• No refunds / credits will be issued after March 31st.

Cancellation Policy

 

• If any team is unable to attend the tournament due to travel restrictions, border closures, or provincial public health orders;

  • Registration fee will be refunded minus 20% admin fee

​

• Cancellation, for any circumstance, prior to March 31, 2023 to the start of the event

  • Registration fee will be refunded minus 20% admin fee​

​

• Cancellation, for any circumstance, on or after March 31, 2023

  • Registration fee will NOT BE REFUNDED and/or NO CREDITS issued

    • NO EXCEPTIONS​
